Natalie Rambis (she/her) is an educational researcher, experienced in program design, implementation, and data-driven monitoring and evaluation. She is passionate about leveraging education as a tool for gender equity, and has previously worked with development and social impact organizations in the Americas focusing on this issue. Natalie holds an MA in Public Administration with a concentration in Evaluation and Analytics from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She is currently based in Ecuador, where she lives with her husband.
