Tim Podkul, Ph.D.
Tim Podkul, Ph.D., has been designing and managing research initiatives for over 15 years. He conducts applied research and evaluation, applying his training in qualitative and quantitative methods across a variety of areas including improvement in K12 STEM education, informal education, international education and disaster relief. As the inaugural Director of the NSF INCLUDES National Network, he led the design and development of the first multi-institutional consortium to coordinate, support, and measure the impact of the National Science Foundation’s portfolio of projects focused on broadening participation for underrepresented groups in the STEM workforce. He has worked across various federal agencies NSF, IES, NASA, IMLS, and FEMA. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Peru, and serves on the Board of Directors of A Global Voice for Autism.
